How can you not love a country whose national anthem has the line "We stand on cars for thee"?

soon the $5 will be a coin

I would welcome that tbh. $5 is practically change these days, it's no longer worthy of having a bill. :p As a side note the toonie is now 20 years old. That makes me feel freaking old. I remember when they came out. The first ones would split in the cold. They had to redesign them. Probably something to do with dissimilar metals and one contracting more than the other.

But yeah the spock thing is pretty funny. Those are the older currency though, I'm guessing when banks get them they get destroyed and replaced with the newer currency which are now polymer. I would love to find one of the spocked ones, I would totally keep it.

I like the fact that it's not illegal and the Bank of Canada is basically asking politely not to do it. In the states you probably go to jail for that lol.

The new bills would make it harder to do that though, as they are polymer. You probably could still do it but it will come off easily.
