add a bit of oil to the skillet, toss in the potatos and bits of steak and fry till they're nicely golden brown. Add chopped onions if you choose...

Great breakfast.

if the potatoes are already cooked then cook up some onion, bell pepper, scramble some eggs, and cook the steak, heat the potatoes and throw everything in a big pan. Cover it in cheese and serve.

Take all the stuff you planned to mix with the potatos, add two eggs to it, and throw the potatos away. It's a healthier approach.

Cast iron skillet, 10-12"
Fry up some onions, green peppers, whatever.
Fry up some sausage/bacon. Chop the bacon or cook sausage w/o skin and crumble it as it cooks.
Pour out the grease.
Separate 3-4 eggs.
Whip the whites till stiff pesaks, mix the yokes and gently fold into the whites.
Put a thin layer of cornmeal into a skillet.
Add the potatoes and the rest of the stuff.
Pour on the eggs.
Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
