Looks like a black widow impostor, as it has what appears to be an hour-glass marking on the underside, but the body isn't black... hmmm.

edit: correction, apparently black widows don't have a super black body, just dark.
So it's a black widow.
Not deadly to healthy adults, but can be to the elderly and young children if not treated. A bite will likely make you feel a little off for a day though.
