Hey ATOT Chefs, help me think of something for dinner

So I just got some new pots and pans, (Link to thread) and I can't decide what I want to make for dinner tonight.

Not everything arrived, but I did get my 4 quart saucepan, 4 quart sautee pan and 8 inch frying pan.

I'm totally out of ideas of what to make. I'd like to make something a little more special than just spaghetti or something to break this stuff in

What receipes do you guys like, and if you had a link to the online version, it would be even better.

make some quesadillas!

you can even use the sautee pan to sautee some meats and veggies to throw in the quesadillas.

so thats 2/3 pans used... maybe you can whip up some kinda sauce in the saucepan?

Hmmmm I made proschutto wrapped asparagus in the oven a couple of weeks ago and it was awesome, I'll have to look into the salmon

Edit: The salmon receipe has mixed reviews... any other recommendations?
