I am not here to whine about my dealings or even try over ebay (though I hate that place)
I had a good experience with a web site. I got into a trade with someone and they wanted an Asus P4T533. That was good and I needed the part so I bought a new one from Newegg.com
The person backed out the same day I ordered the part. I called Newegg to cancel and they said I could not because I rushed the order and it already shipped. WTF shipped already.. whoa.
The lady on the phone told me to refuse the delivery and I would get my money back. I figured I would get smacked for shipping or a restock fee. I got 100% of my money back. All of it including the rush fee of 3 bucks. I love Newegg and I will give them a lot more business and a free plug here and there. I have bought 5 orders from them and never had a bad deal.
