This printer is so so in my opinion. Not near as good as older HP's. Envelopes jam in it frequently, the ink takes a while to dry and the thing just seems cheaply made. It was a good deal when it was free from E-Stamp, but there's probably better Epsons out there for a cheaper price (860).

this printer is xpensive on staples.com.you can get the hp932c for 199.99.i like my hp930 from estamp..the best price for the printer..i don't think it's free from estamp since most of us did not use the $50 postage that we bought from them..but it's still the best ink jet printer i own so far.

If you didn't use your $50 e-stamp postage, you can send back the vault and get a refund. I don't know what you can do if you didn't order the vault.
