Soooo...Ando's power is that he super chargers other powers? Theres gotta be something more to it then that otherwise thats lame.

Well, I said in the previous heroes thread that the powers you get are what is reflected in your heart and I think I was right. Ando didn't want to be a time traveler, Ando wanted to help Hiro. Not only that, but I'm sure they'll develop his power a lot more like they did with Parkman's, where they'll allow him to work in sort of the opposite manner of the Haitian... as in, he can make someone's power more effective by merely being in the same room.

No, he has the red lightning thing.

But it seems that mrSHEiK124's theorem was somewhat disproven (it was extended to most all characters). Ando actually used his power fairly wisely.
 
I don't remember the exact scene, but when Hiro saw Ando kill him at the beginning of S3, what happened exactly? Did Ando shoot him with his power and Hiro disappeared, or did he stab him with a sword?
