At the very end of the last episode, why couldn't Claire shoot Peter? She knows he has the ability to regenerate... Nathan didn't have to sacrifice himself.

She should have used the gun to put one in Sylar's head.

And Sylar could stop bullets with his mind, as shown earlier in the fight.

I wonder if he could do that while bleeding to death after being impaled but I'll buy it I guess.
