She's a Dr. Jeckel & Mrs. Hyde wanna-be . I don't know if Peter could even absorb her power if it were a split personality... I mean, who would his other personality even be? Nikki's split is Jessica, her sister that was slain by her father. The only thing I could think of is maybe Peter becoming his father...? Then you could say that his father would go through with the explosion, because he believes in Linderman's ideals.

No its not. There are actual cases of people with split personalities have some personalities being able to do things like speak french, while the dominate personality cannot. There is a mental block that prevents her from using the ability, but she has it. Most likely, she witnessed her sister or whatever's brutal death, and to cope with it her mind created a copy of the dead Jessica. The power was locked into that personality.

If the secondary personality is removed (usually accomplished through hypnotherapy) she would gain the personalities abilities.

Hah yah it occurred to me last night when I realized they were all in the same city. Peter showed he control the power so what else could possibly cause him to suddenly lose his ability to control it?

I'm sure I am wrong but it is the only thing I can come up with that explains it.

FYI, the heroes finale is 1 hour, not 2.

It was mentioned as a 2 hour finale, but Yahoo! TV also shows it as a 1 hour show when I looked up May 21's line-up for my local stations.

I feel like everything we've seen so far points to the future repeating itself. It like no matter what they try, things are still in place for an explosion.
Basically, I expect the explosion to happen.

quick thought: Was the little girl in the vision Peter had about himself blowing up?

On the Featured Video Gallery section on Heroes NBC site, it looks like Peter is lighting up with Nathan standing in front of him.

It'd be a neat trick ending the show without an explosion. I figure the Heroes will manage to get the city evacuted before the Big Bang.

What's everyone's guess on the solution to the Mexican stand off between Suresh and Bennet? I'm lending toward a compromise and they agree to ferry away Molly to safety.

Doesn't he have to be in physical contact with them? That's either a long human chain or he's gonna take a long time finding each and every one. It'd be easier to take Peter out of the city... but we all think the city is gonna blow, so unless Sylar is the one...
