I figure Hiro's powers have matured. We saw in the first two episodes that he could transport and go to the future, had control of where he was but not when. I guess the heroes develop their power which should be interesting.

future hiro was badass :D I've liked the hiro character, but with that little hint of where the character is going, oh man. And i'm glad his balls descend at some point too ;)

I don't think we have enough on sylar yet to guess why the cheerleader is important, though i'm sure it's safe to bed the reason has to do with sylar. Maybe the cheerleader is invulnerable now, but if she develops her power? Maybe future claire is badass too... would be a shame if she still wears a cheerleader outfit and doesn't upgrade like hiro.

Isn't Sylar Claire's dad? I had the impression that he killed the Indian guy's dad.

I think Claire's dad is a red herring. It is obvious they are trying to make him look like a bad guy. Wouldn't surprise me if he is actually trying to help them.

I think Claire's dad is bad...just not Sylar bad.

What about Ali Larter's character? In the last episode, they seemed to lean her towards being on the bad side of things, although I can't figure out how exactly they plan on using her. Is she going to end up with some kind of superhuman strength or something when her alternate personality comes out?

Here's an idea. Saving Claire because of what she can do may not be the important thing. Since Peter has the ability to mimic those he's around, he may need her to be alive at some time in order to mimic her powers and save himself. After all, why would they go to Peter and tell him to save her? He has no powers on his own, and shouldn't they go to her and warn her instead?

I think it has more to do with Peter using her powers, but I could be wrong.

I think Sylar is that girl that's hanging out with Mohinder. Heroes is gonna be a show full of twists and turns; so everybody is assuming that Sylar is a guy, when in fact, it could be a girl.

That girl has to be useful for something. She didn't come out of nowhere for no reason...

Didn't we hear Sylar's voice, and it was the voice of a man?

I could understand that her alter ego kicks in when she's in danger, and thus she puts her heel to that guy's head in the elevator. So I got confused why she (either ego) went back to the hotel room and started that lap dance. My guess it that her alter ego is a "mirror" ego and does things she wouldn't and or couldn't normally do.

Do future Heroes like Hiro opt for contact lenses or corrective eye surgery? I hope in later episodes he can more easily activate his power and not look like he's constipated.

I bet that guy isn't just a time ninja, he's a Ninja Timelord! He could kick Dr. Who's ass.

There's a huge number of ways the Hiro thing can go. I think that Hiro is from a distant future, and is only going back in time because of the fact that there may be an anti-Hero with the power of time travel also that may be fvcking things up.

In the distant future, he probably did get one of the two. Also, he speaks English very well, which is another reason why I'm guessing it's distant future. Unless his time travel ability managed to awaken parts of his brain that allow him increased mental ability.

Ah.. Gotcha.

All I know is that I'm ready to see Pete fly.

and his engrish went to english.

LMFAO

Hiro is the sh1t, hands down. I'm glad the show finally picked up. It was taking too long for things to progress up until Monday's episode. It's good to see them kick things into high gear.

The whole "save the cheerleader, save the world" thing was a BRILLIANT tag line. Extremely intriguing, to say the least.

Or something..

edit: I know that Rogue is different, but I think you understand what I mean

You mean Mimic, not Rogue.

I meant Rogue, because I'm not familiar with Mimic.

Except, with Rogue, she has to touch you to gain your powers. And she also can't control her own power, but she can pretty much master the powers she's drained.

Edit: Just read the wiki on Mimic, and it does seem that his powers are very similar to the powers that Peter has. I wonder if he has a limit to how many he can copy at once, or if there's a way for him to permanently learn any of the powers.

Maybe Peter has a bigger flash drive.

I guess that would end the show pretty quickly.

Paradox. Can't do that. Didn't you watch Back to the Future?

Come on people, try to keep up.

Pete probably isn't going to fly.

His brother was abducted in the last episode and has the true power of flight. Peter has the power of mimicry.

I think next week's preview had him flying. But I could be wrong.

That was a different superman character.

next weeks previews show his eyes going white and him seeing the future.

Umm, no.. he can only use them in proximity..... That is why when his brother actually GRABBED him out of the air, he drained his brothers power and they both fell.

He is a mimic, that is why in the last episode he went to the druggies to prove to Suresh that he could see the future when around this hero

I think that Hiro is able to control his powers better, and was able to stop time for everyone except him and Peter.

Nope.... No Hero can stop Peter from absorbing their powers..... that means when Hiro came back to peter, Peter immediately absorbed part of the power and was unaffected by it.

Also, I think we havn't seen syler yet. Her dad isnt syler, he has to use the black dude with the powers.

Syler could easily take claires brain and get her power. She has no defense against being torn to shreds, just that if she has no brain trauma, or the brain trauma is removed, she can eventually regenerate. Take her brain and she = dead.

You mean Mimic, not Rogue.

I think he is closer to Rogue, because he hasnt been able to store any powers, only use them in proximity.

And like rogue, he seemed to drain his brothers power of flight when in direct contact.

I was about to say that, claire is no where near invincible.. if you can get to her head, it seems like she's down and out. she didn't wake up from her autopsy until that stick was removed.

This is an interesting show I must say.. altho, the whole time travel thing by Hiro I'm not too fond of. There are so many holes and problems with time travel.. heh. ah well, it's tv.

If syler could get hiro, the show would be over.... Hiro is just too powerful.
