Not sure if this should be here or in video cards or in the displays section but mods can move this if they want.
I've been using a Benq 2730Z for a couple days now after trying a few other monitors, every game I have works great with freesync on this display except heroes of the storm. I messed around with it quite a bit last night, none of the in game settings seem to do anything, but turning off freesync definitely fixes the problem. I'll probably try these new AMD drivers tonight and hopefully that will fix it, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I tried at least 6-7 other games and they had 0 problems with it, I'll probably try a few more Blizzard games tonight to see if it's just a problem with their games. In the end it's not that big of a deal since screen tearing really doesn't affect HoTS that badly and I get around 120fps anyways so if I can't figure out a solution I'll just do without for that game.
