Heroes of Might and Magic IV, who's playing it?

I've installed the damn thing tonight and after been playing it with a bunch of friends for the past 3-4 hours I must admit I'm impressed...great game, awesome graphics and music, now Heroes III looks so outdated🙂
It's going to be an "heroic" weekend for sure😎

Only one I ever played was the first one. It was great fun until like level 2 when it became impossible. If Heros Iv isn't the same I'd like to give it a go.

I stay away from that series!!! I had many sleepless nights playing HoMM2. The game designers hit the nail on the head with that series.

i love the heroes series, especially 3. I just saw the heroes 4 ad in my free electronic gaming monthly (thanks ATHD) and was wondering when it was coming out. Unfortunately I just got my wallet with 130$+ in it along with drivers license and those other things after school yesterday (long story) and i'm short on cash... and I know AT doesn't support illegal software... so 🙂

Never played Heroes, but I've played just about all of the M&M games. What kind of relationship does Heroes have with the M&M games?

heroes is sorta like warlords, it's a turn-based strategy game where you move your armies around and try to take out the bad guy's armies

heros IV? hm. i only have III. i think i need to go to the store... heros and MM are very very very addicting games.

Plus the releases of Dungeon Siege, Morrowind, Neverwinter Nights, Icewind Dale 2... it is a good time to be an RPG fan. 🙂
