Heroes of Might and Magic III tips/suggestions?

I have Restoration of Erathia, Armageddon's Blade, and The Shadow of Death. I believe that is all that is in the series? I played I and II, but just haven't gotten around to playing III.

1. As I recall, for the most playability, I should install all 3 before I start any games? Is this the best way to do it?

2. I'll be mostly playing it on my laptop. I'd like to use a no-cd hack. Do you know if I install all 3, if I can use a no-cd hack?

3. I'll want to transfer my saves, etc. from my laptop to desktop, and versa-visa. As I recall, in Heroes II, this was fairly simple. Do you know what files/folders?

4. Are there any patches I should/shouldn't use?

5. Suggestions for good Heroes III sites?

6. Suggestions for some good, fairly easy to get into campaigns or maps? I haven't played since Heroes II, at least a couple years ago.

Beeing a great fan of Heroes of might an magic 2 i looked forward to 3. But it was somewhat of a dissapointment. Yeah the graphics was a bit better and new monsters was added, but i found it too easy.
I havnt played it for over a year but i think you should install all the campagnes. And i think you need to finish them all for more campagnes offers to appear. The rest of your questions i'm afraid that i can't answer. Have fun playing Homm3, its still a fun game.

Oxy--ya know, I never did finish II. Had lots of maps to finish and almost all the campaigns. Maybe I should finish that, eh? I'm just getting kind of tired of D2 and can't play it on the laptop anyway.
