Pretty much agree. But even though I feel I'm a strong proponet of 2nd Amendment rights I can see differences on (reasonable) limitations in highly urbanized areas vs rural areas.

Living in a rural area I could safely use my .357 mag against an intruder in my home, not so much in a large apartment/townhouse found in big cities.

State laws cannot contradict the constitution. I don't know who I read that from in this thread, but god help you and whoever taught you that.
