Here's what happens when we have an ice storm in Austin:

I busted my ass on the stairs to my apartment tonight. We simply cannot deal with ice around here. 😀

So true! The grass in my lawn shatters when I walk on it.

Earlier, the dog took off out the door to go take a piss. He hit the back porch at full speed (which was completely iced over) and slid all the way off the back into the ground. I was laughing so hard!

I was in Dallas in 2000 for the Cotton Bowl, and they got 1/2" of snow, and shut down the highway. I saw a truck ON TOP of a camaro. It was pathetic.

Thats what happens in california the first time it rains.
Then on the news you start seeing STORM WATCH 2006! and we get updates on the severity of the weather every 30 minutes.

Yea, I was afraid we were going to get ice in Houston. We just close the entire city down when that happens. Really I mean it, you throw a cup of ice out your window and you are likely to cause a wreck.
