heres what i am having for lunch after a 24 hour fast.--- 1) Salad- Fresh spinach, bell pepper,onion, garden tomatos,cucumber,salad peppers,iceberg lettuce,balsamic vinger and olive oil dressing.2) 16 oz. Ribye from Albertsons, Grilled in my Microwave/convection oven (seasoned with salt and pepper). I eat like this every once in awhile.
 
i am jealous. i wish i had something to eat. all ihave is a roast beef sandwich. bread, mayo, and meat. no cheese. i'm about to just shell out six bucks and go eat at the restaurant in the other building.

I thought you had to use a "grill" to grill a steak. How do you grill with a microwave / oven?
 
i fasted cause i was scared of failing my blood sugar test for work(I'm a school bus driver) cause i had my sugar too high once. 2) microwave convection ovens are combination microwave ovens and roaster grills- they are the greatest thing since sliced roast beef. you can microwave/ grill or roast, or any combination of the three.3) roast beef sounds pretty good, unless its the cheap stuff, although a litle cheddar would be nice.

no, you seriously have to buy a convection grill microwave. Im the only person on earth who realizes the potential of this technology. I have a sharp, and wouldnt have anything else. Grills steak like a charcoil broiler, but can microwave, or combination mocrowave grill-roast. Nice grilled brown steak.
