heres what i am having for lunch after a 24 hour fast.--- 1) Salad- Fresh spinach, bell pepper,onion, garden tomatos,cucumber,salad peppers,iceberg lettuce,balsamic vinger and olive oil dressing.2) 16 oz. Ribye from Albertsons, Grilled in my Microwave/convection oven (seasoned with salt and pepper). I eat like this every once in awhile.
