You'll feel better 3 hours from now if you don't go to bed, but you'll fade fast later on. If you get the three hours, you'll feel like hell when you wake up, but you'll be glad you did later on.
 
slept late for an astronomy class once. really sucked walking into the huge planetarium with 300 students taking tests silently glaring down at you as you walk in 45 minutes late. fortunately the prof let me take an alternate test later in the day

I woke up after 1:30 PM and when my bio test started at 11:4. However, I was able to make a Calc II test at 2:40 and ended up getting a 102!

The professor would not allow me make up the missed test. In my calc class I can get an 82 on the final and still have an A, in my bio class I could pull a 100 and still have a C 🙁
 
Voted stay up, since you only have a test, which is a couple hours. If you had an 8+ hour workday, I'd vote nap (with 52 alarm clocks there to make sure you make it).
