My Birthday is next week. I will be treating myself to one of the above.
Coincidentally, it's time to reformat my HD (array, actually) as my 7-month-old install of Win98SE seems to be very upset with the fact that I DL and install about 100megs of UT maps/utilities/other crap every week. I keep getting registry errors, no matter how hard Norton Systemworks works to prevent it.
Coincidentally, my GF2GTS 32mb also ain't (sic) cutting it anymore. I smell an Absolute MORPHEUS cooking in the pot.
I will be paying cash. I know that W2K is cheaper; that's not the issue. I'm talking about bang for buck or "in my best interest." Fire away.
I should ban every person here advocating the burning of Windows 2000. That is considered WAREZ, or STEALING. But I am in a good mood tonight so I will just lock it instead and tell all of you not to bring this issue up again. Consider this your only warning.
