They just clutter up, that is all they do. I have never had to refer back to one in the 5 years I have been living alone. I am thinking about shredding them all
 
The dealerships are quite common actually. But they're usually alongside highways or in industrial areas. The land's cheaper and that's where thier customers are. You don't want to have someone going for a test drive in a big rig downtown.
