Interesting....anyone know what the KW20/00 and KW21/00 refer to?

I'm pretty sure it refers to the week and year of manufacture. But, if one is aluminum and the other is copper, that could explain the diff. Also, AMDZONE has threads for KX133 and Irongate.

The KW stands for "week" 20 and 21 they just happen to spell it backwards i guess. I hope this thread grows over here at anandtech as it is over at amdzone...Us amd owners need it.

Most likely a BIOS issue, not any other reason. They use the 750 chipset and AMD promised compatibility.

I am in the same boat as you.
I heard there is supposed to be a BIOS Revision that will fix the problem. It will be either 1.6 or 1.7
