I live in Oklahoma and today decided to go out and play at one of the public courses in town that I had never played at before. So when I went in and payed my green fee I was amazed at the price. For a weekday Junior I only had to pay $5.75 walking...how great is that. I think at that price I am going to be playing alot more golf in my future. Plus ontop of it all i had one of my best rounds ever...yah 😀

A local par three course charges $7.00 for walking fee and that allows you to play as many holes as you would like.

Do they charge extra to move the cows off the tee box for you? 😛

 
That's pretty harsh, Fausto1. True, but harsh.

I played at a pretty new course in McKinney, Tx this weekend. I've just started playing, and it came across as a pretty tough course, but it was well maintained, and looked really nice. I wasn't too happy to be paying $51 for the round, though. The electric cart didn't have enough get-up-and-go, either.

Always bring a few range balls with you. When a cow or cows are in the may, it is practice time.😉

Oh come on...I'm just kidding around. I live in Georgia for crying out loud. It's not like we're that much higher up the food chain than OK. 😛
