It does have a little bit of a pop sound at times, but surely there's got to be more songs than MitRM that you'd like. Have you listned to Losfer Words or Where Eagles Dare? Both are pretty heavy.

Where Eagles Dare... as in the Misfits song? Well, I just looked that up, and it's a different song. Because I hate that, Metallica and their covers, and now two classic Misfits songs are "Metallica songs". Sons of bitches.

Where Eagles Dare is the title of an unrelated Misfits song, hence my confusion. Rather than go ahead with this post under the assumption that Iron Maiden did a cover of it, I looked up the Iron Maiden song and found that it was simply a different song with the same title. I then proceeded to go off on a tangent and express my distaste for Metallica's covers of two essential Misfits songs, "Die, Die, Die My Darling" and "Last Caress", not only for their lack of musical quality compared to the originals but for resulting confusion among most casual music listeners that these two songs were, in fact, original Metallica songs and not covers. Sons of bitches.
