Looks like the rotor is across the bike, so perpendicular to the wheels. There probably wouldn't be much twist as the moving parts mass is lower in a rotary than traditional reciprocating piston engines, and would only really be felt if revving it when standing still, I would guess.

EDIT: That and the term 'torque steer' usually refers to the tug felt by power to the wheels used to steer a vehicle, and all bikes are RWD*.

Awaits the post calling me out refering to a two wheel drive motorbike... Yes I know they exist. 😀
