hercules or visiontex ti200??

Hey all,
Im about to buy a new vid card, and ive narrowed it down to the hercules or te visiontek vid card. money isnt too much of an issue. The reason im wonderin bout the visiontek, is because i have heard about problems with it and windows xp and the VTs bios. Anyone HAVE a hercules or VT?? and how well do they OC?

I have a VisionTek in my machine.
I have had no problems at all running them in XP.
Nice cards.
The original GF3 ia a moderate overclocker.
I have a friend who has the VisionTek GF3 Ti 500 that does outstanding at OC'ing 280/580.
