Hercules Kyro or Geforce DDR 32...which to keep?

I was looking for a cheap video card and finally gave up on the auctions and ordered the Hercules Prophet Kyro for $50. Then an auction that was sure I was going to lose closed an I won a new VisionTek Geforce with 32meg of DDR and WinDVD software for $34.

My question is which of these should I keep? Plan to donate the other to my church
 
keep the Geforce DDR. it performs more like a GTS in practice than an MX and the original Kyro definitely more like an MX... the GTS was given a few more features. besides the GF 2D probably isn't that great, you don't want to spoil those eyes for the hymn books do you?

I guess I should have said what I use the card for. Probably 30% gaming such as Age of Empires Conquers and Starcraft, 20% Publisher/digital imagining, and 50% Word/Excel/Java/etc.

With the Kyro you get better IQ in both 3D and 2D, EMBM and similar FSAA speeds to the Geforce DDR, with the Geforce DDR you get HW T&amp;L (IMO doesn't aid the Geforce 1 too much though unless you have a very weak CPU since its HW T&amp;L unit isn't greatly powerful and because of lack of mem bandwidth you need to play in lower res to actually get much of a speed boost from it in een the most optimized HW T&amp;L games), faster all round then the Kyro 1, IMO keep the Geforce DDR if you don't mind slightly worse 2d and IMO not quite as vibrant 3D, still you'll probably be better off with the Geforce DDR most of the time.
 
if its a kyro I i would say GF DDR

but if you bump the price to say $80 you can go radeon LE flash + enable hyperZ and spanx them both

I am running it on an AMD Athlon 266 at 1ghz with 256 of Crucial at cas 2 with a raid striped on IBM drives. I usually play at medium to high resolutions since I have a 19&quot; monitor. Sounds like I will be keeping the Geforce 🙂 Another issue I can across is that the Kyro hates to be overclocked but the Geforce has some potential.
