Hercules kyro II 4500 - OEM same speed as retail?

About to buy one of these cards and would like to know 3 things:

1) Is 2D performance good?

2) Is hardware DVD included?

3) Are OEM cards clocked lower than retail cards?

The third point is the one I'm really after, as I can save money if the two cards have identical performance.

1) 2D quality looked about the same as my V3 and V5, but I have bad vision so I'm not the best judge.

2) Not sure what you mean...the chip has no DVD features at all...if you mean does it come with a software DVD player, then no it doesn't.

3) OEM and Retail are the same clockspeed.
