Hercules Geforce2 mx question

Just bought a hercules geforce2 mx on basis that it had 5.5 ns memory. Through some reading through here, someone mentioned that the OEM version has 7ns mem on board. Now, i had planned to put a heatsink/fan on the card and attempt to overclock. Should i cancel the order and go get a retail version for the 5ns mem or does the memory difference really play that big a deal?

If you want to get the most out of your herc mx card, yes, get the retail one.
7ns memory is rated at 143mhz, which is dog slow. 5.5ns memory could go to 200+ easily, i doubt 7ns can do that.
