Hercules 3D Prophet II GTS 64 MB DDR RAM - help!

I just bought and installed this card. It replaced a Voodoo3 2000. Somehow, I'm not seeing a noticeable difference. In fact, Counter-Strike seems to look slightly worse than before. Has anyone had a similar experience? Is it indicactive of my having forgotten to install or tweak some software? Is it possibly a limitation of my cpu (celeron 533 OCed to 800)? I'd love any help.

Did you get rid of all the old Voodoo drivers?

Make sure FSAA is off as well as V-sync. If my memory suits me well, the default Detonator drivers have FSAA set at 2 x 2 or is it 1.5 x 1.5 ???

check your refresh rate when your in a game.

I think I did uninstall the Voodoo drivers. At least all the ones I could find.

How do I check the refresh rate while in a game? What should I be looking for? (i.e. what's good, what's bad).
