hercules 2 mx oem vs. retail?

Does anyone know if the OEM version of the hercules 2 mx comes with slower memory than the retail version? That is what I heard, but can't find any info on it. All the reviews say it comes with Samsung 5.5ns 175/183, which sounds good to me for $81. Thanks 🙂

The retail comes with verry slow memory when the cards came out this was a huge issue since most people bought thses hoping for the 5.5ns chips but they got the slower 7 ns ones.
 
So do they still come with 7ns? Even the specs at their site states that it comes with 5.5ns. Maybe the newer ones have faster memory, or maybe only if you order direct (life EVGA)? I guess there's no way to tell till I open it up, any other brands you know comes with 5.5? Thanks.
