Because why the fuck not?

Also, the cult of people who honestly believe spreading a deadly virus is a constitutional right is probably the same cult of people that think its not only legal but necessary to shoot black men walking on their streets. When all this shit is over we need to arrest women with Karen-cuts randomly around town. Ask them why they're so fuckin selfish.

Those cops were hella patient with her...now had she been black...maybe not quite as patient. (maybe, because I don't know the cops or how the town treats blacks)

Threaten the lives of others spreading a deadly disease - care and understanding
Selling untaxed cigarettes on the street - death
Accused of passing a counterfeit $20 - death

But neither of those would have been as bad had the person not resisted arrest. (Not defending their killing, but, dammit...if you fight the cops, you're gonna get hammered)

So what is the rest of the story?

She pled and was sentenced. From the youtube link;

UPDATE: Karen Turner had her court date. She pleaded no contest on the trespassing and failure to disclose personal information In exchange for having the resisting arrest charges dropped per her plea agreement. She was found guilty on criminal trespass and failure to disclose personal information Her sentence is that she is now permanently banned from all Marc’s locations and is required to pay $573.00.

I approve! I hope the judge explained that there doesn't need to be a "federal law" mandating masks, and has a better understanding the rights of property owners.

Wonder if she will wear a mask the next time she needs groceries, when she shops at a different grocery chain.

I think she was inebriated. If you listen, she was demanding they tell her what the federal law was that PREVENTS her from wearing a mask, not one that demanded she wear one. A bit confused, she was.

As someone pointed out the way she was annunciating her words lends one to think chronic alcoholic. I don't really care, I just enjoy the watching "play stupid games..... something... something..." play out, well seasoned with karma for Karen.

Like the M&Ms commercial:

“Sorry I called you Karen,” one them says, handing the other a bag of M&M’s. “That’s my name,” Karen responds. “Sorry your name is Karen,” the woman says, handing her another bag of the treats.
I do feel sorry for all the lovely tolerant normal Karens!

is there such a thing? We had a "Karen" for a neighbor at our last house...and she lived up to the name. I have a step-sister named Karen...and she makes the other Karens look almost reasonable.

I know a Scottish Karen and she's fucking hilarious. She won't complain about stuff but she's about 5 foot 10 and 14 stone and starts fights in the pub on the regular.

Which I admit isn't the usual definition of lovely or tolerant.

Or even normal.

Of course she was drunk LOL. I thought everyone knew that at the outset.

Anyway, this "Karen" business, there is nothing to that. You guys do know that people's behavior is not based on their name, right?

Mask or no mask -- she was legally trespassed from that business and she refused to leave! This is a slam dunk for a competent prosecutor!
