"has went" really does not sound correct and in fact ive never heard the phrase said that way,

I'm guessing she just mixed the following two sentences together:
"Her body has really gone south."
"Her body really went south."
and ended up with an awkward result. I do that occasionally when I think of a different way to say something when I'm halfway through a sentence.

LOL... I don't even know if I'd consider her "fat". It's just something about her legs that strange looking-- like that of a 65-year old woman.

I've seen overweight 40-year old women with much nicer legs than her. Maybe it's just the look of atrophied muscle turned into fat that looks so appalling on Britney?

For starters she's not a long legged lean type of gal..look at her neck/shoulder area even in pictures from when she was a younger,that long hair hides a chunky neck. She's fairly short and stocky boned to begin with. Add two pregnancies almost back to back,stress and a poor diet.

Brit's got a ton of cash and at age 26 with work and help from a trainer she can get herself into better shape physically, I'd say what's more important now is getting her mental health into better shape and restablishing a relationship with her children.
