HEPA filter

Do all HEPA filters include electrostatic filteration? I need something to reduce dust collection around my room and at the same time refreshen the smell.

No, the filter just has to have a sieve size smaller than a hepa. That way all the hepas get caught in the filter. Personally I think it's rather cruel to filter them. Hepas need to be free.

Move out. Happy Holidays...

The one that caught my eyes is only $80. Those fugly Honeywell round one's are $150.

I have one of those fugly Honeywell ones. It's really loud. Louder than my two PCs. About as loud as a wall-unit air-conditioner. I'm pretty sure that if I run it, it will annoy the downstairs neighbors more than it will clean my air.
