hey everybody,
sorry for this lame question but any help would really be great. I just bought Grand theft auto vice city to play on my 1.7 ghz lap top. The gamw works fine and everything but when i try to play it with my gam controller (a logitech wingman) the character in the game spins in a circle uncontrollably. I have treid resetting the game and the computer, as well as trying different USB ports (to no avail though). I remember my nintendo 64 controller used to do this if you held the analog stick in a different position during start up, but this isn't the problem either. i can control the game fine with teh mouse and keyboard but when i plug the controller in, the spinning starts again.
One more wierd thing, the game will not spin if the character is in a car or if i am in a meno. I would think that the right button was continuously being pressed but there is no effect in the right turn of the car only when i am standing on foot.
any suggestions at all?
