With the upcoming release of the Dodge Challenger Demon, it looks like Hennessy decided to make a Chevrolet-branded competitor themselves.

With 1000hp and 966lb-ft it's just an insane machine.

At least Hennessy didn't hype the living piss out of it for half a year before releasing it...... For that alone I thank them. Such a brilliant Camaro is a bonus.

That's funny, your competitor names their car a Demon and you name yours the Exorcist. I hope he keeps up that tradition.

I think anyone that buys a Hennessy must be comfortable with gambling for high stakes.

Throw a few $10k chips on the table (your purchase amount). Roll the dice (place an order). Wait to see if you win (you get a badass car that runs) or if the house wins (you never see the finished product, you get a lemon, etc)

The odds are in the house's favor if anything I've heard about the man and the company are true.

You can't really compare tuner cars to oem. There's good reason why these don't come with real warranties.
