hend.Anyone wanna donate an old router to help some soldiers?

We were lucky enough to have some high speed internet donated to us where I'm at in Afghanistan, but our router absolutely blows. Once it runs out of IP addresses, it locks up, and since everyone has their own personal laptops, the available IP addresses get used up awefully quick. Just curious if anyone has a cheap old dusty router that would do a better job.

I have a Linksys router/4 port switch your welcome to. I don't use it any more since I replaced it with a Linksys wireless router.

Yes, but, how much would it cost to get it over there?

it's not that expensive at all. i send packages to soldiers from the anysoldier.com website. you just have to use the proper military address and fill out customs form 2976 (green one, available at every post office)

Bummer, the commo guy is to afraid to program a new router. I guess we're stuck with the old crappy nonworking one. Well thanks anyways guys.

He gives up too easilly. Remind him he can always plug the old one back in if it didn't work out with the new one. Good luck to you and thanks.

Eh, I know for a fact that I could set it up, but alas, I'm not allowed. And he thinks I'm a computer idiot, and isn't willing to try himself. And hes got more rank then me, and its way outta my hands. Gotta love stupidity in the Army.
