wow the seller shipped using kinkos
kinkos is not fully fedex
a fedex truck drives to kinkos and pick them up.
the trucks doesn't pick up ground packages on the weekends.
when the package is brought to fedex center and is scanned, thats when the tracking will start to work.
kinko is just here to help fedex to expand

yep. FedEX/UPS use a real-time system. So once there is a tracking number its in "the system" and can be retrieved immediately.

So it sounds like a bogus number.

yes that is what i am saying. when i got a package from fedex signed it went to the site and asap it says delivered. that was less than a minute... good thing I had payed him 60 in paypal and when I get I send him 100 M.O
 
don't be so quick to accuse him of fraud. fedex may have misplaced the pacakge. it happened to me once

how would they misplace it? explain. doesn't it get into the system when the clerk enters the info and makes a label?
