HELPPPP w/D-Link 530 TX + and Win2k

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone has had ANY problems setting up their D-Link 530 TX+ card with Windows 2000. This was the $5 card (after rebate) being sold by Bestbuy and Circuit City over the past couple weeks.
Anyone having any problems?

Got the same $5 deal.

Installes on a Win98SE, Win2K, and Win XP. (It is actualy the same computer, with 3 Hard drives exchangable via tray).

No problem.
