Crashed IE for me 😛 Anyway our helpdesk voicemail got a message once saying something like "...<blah blah blah>, you've said there is no problem on your end, well I'm calling to tell you there is a problem on your end. You won't be able to reach me, so I won't leave a name or number. Goodbye."
yeah, i had cowards like that also who called and talked a gang of sh*t and wouldnt leave a name and number. of course, our system had caller i.d. and when id call back after doing a cross-reference to get a name to match up to the number they'd be whistling a different tune. a lot of telephone tough guys out there.
Uh, yeah... hows it going, you guys are doing a bang-up job, let me tell ya, ive been waiting here for 10 mins, tack it on to the other 25 minutes ive been waiting here without anybody answering. Yeah, big thumbs up for you
You think that's bad you should read some of the emails we get. I laugh at anyone who calls up and complains about >20 min of hold. But you should always send that your supervisors way that way they might actually staff you.
