help!

Something is wrong with my internet, I spontaneously can't access many webpages but some seem to always work (like facebook). Five minutes ago, I couldn't get onto this forum because it couldn't find the server. Does anyone know what can be the problem? I only installed 2 new things recently, antivir and comodo firewall...

Were there any infections found/removed? If so, what were their names (you can look in AntiVir's reports to find the names)?

Other than that, Start > Run > cmd to get a command prompt, ipconfig /all to get your TCP/IP stuffs, and ping 4.2.2.4 (use your own DNS servers in place of 4.2.2.4 here) and can you ping your DNS servers ok? What are their IP addresses?
