I assembeld my computer when I first tried to start it up my power switch didnt turn it on so I flipped the switch on my Enermax 465-VE on and all the fans started but I heard no message beeps from the computer or got any video, so then after awhile it just shut off and now nothing will turn on. I think I have every thing correct on the motherboard except I don't know what the VIO jumper is for, it says the default is 3.4v and there are two jumpers that you can set to increase it 5 percent or 10 percent. What is the VIO jumper for? And what should i set it at? Also what can I try to get my machine to power up?
