Help!

Hello, I have a PIII800EB with an Abit BF6 mobo.
I have the processor speed set with dip switches rather than Soft Menu III(a feature of the mobo)
Anyway, I slowly clocked the FSB up to 167x6 in the bios. However, when I used WCPUID, it shows that my FSB is actually still at 133 and the processor is at 799.6

I read the mobo manual, and there are not dip switch settings for anything over 133 in there. I think this is my problem. Can anyone help or offer suggestion? Thanks.
