I have a case that I threw some of my leftover parts into as follows:

Fic PA-2013 Mobo
AMD K62 350
CD-rom generic
mitsumi floppy.
Hitachi 64 mb PC-100 dimm

My problem is that the system will not boot past "Verifying DMI pool data". The screen stays black and simply clicks every other minute. I tried checking all the jumpers and according to FIC and AMD the settings are correct. I tried a different memory stick and that didn't work. I have taken the hard drive out and placed it in another computer (actually 2 other computers) and it boots fine. I was wondering if maybe it was the switch on my power supply. There is a switch there for either 115 volts or 230 volts. Could that be the problem or is there something else that could be causing this problem? I am at a loss any help would be appreciated.

I tried it only a ATi rage Pro card in there ight now and it still will not boot. Could I just have a bad Mobo and need to replace it? You don't think it's the power supply?

Dont mess with the switch that sets 115/230 V leave it where it is. IF you are in the US then it should be at 115V im not sure about anywhere else. Hopefully all your cases are ATX, this way you could take a P/S from one to try in the "broken" system. Are you getting any beeps at POST (Power On Self Test)?

enable "reset configuration" in the same menu as "PnP OS" to reset the DMI pool

or reset the CMOS settings via that jumper on your motherboard

Ok I will try that. This is very weird because if I take this drive out and out it in any of the other 2 computers I boot right up and can work in Win2k easily.
