Help!

At a greinds house and forgot to bring my floppy with KT7_UL103 on it so we D/L'ed it........it won't flash.....says it needs to be executed still....never had this prob. with mine at home, but home is to far to go to get it and drive back! I'd like to save it to a floppy for him....anyone have an alternative site with the .exe file kt7_ul103 or know of something I missed? I have abitfae & flash utility.....it just says the .bin file isn't executed.....but it shows up as a .bin! Maybe I'm stressin' or something but I need some help!
