I am not bothering with the OS forum today, because my problem is not really OS specific.
I have downloaded several ISO's of various Linux distro's and now I can't seem to get them to write to the CD's correctly. I am using X-CD-Roast 0.96e which includes:
cdrecord-1.6.1 by Jorg Schilling
mkisofs-1.12b4 by Eric Youngdale
When I try to write from the ISO that I downloaded, I receive the following error:
<< Can't write an image stored in a file, because the Image-Partition does not contain an ext2-filesystem. >>
I have no idea what that means, or how to fix it. I am posting here, as this is so I can start installing and setting up a small herd at work.
I appreciate any help you linux types can offer.
