power supply?

Processor temps?

Graphics card temps?

switched out the RAM sticks but that didnt work.... switched out HDD's but that didnt change anything.... going to try a friends vid card tom moring (its 4 am and hes prob sleeping) but yeah.... any ideas???? please help me!!

sounds like the drivers you were installing messed it up. Problem is you have to get into windows some how to rollback the drivers. The problems occured after you installed the new mobo drivers correct?

not mobo.... more like ethernet etc... but now i cant even boot windows from the disc... its restarting before that happens....

these are the things I have done:

1. checked RAM .... (its ok)
2. checked HDDs (ok)
3. Video card (replaced it with a friends... it is exactly the same)
4. reset the CMOS
5. I started the windows re-install from disc and it formatted the HDD and then copied the files. then it restarted. and since then it does not get past the opening screen (ASUS) keeeps restarting... BIOD shows cpu is ok .. (temp is 39)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!
