decided to post this in C&C and here...

ok you guys are gonna laugh but one of the stock fins broke off the cpu fan of my old socket 423 p4.... and erm i need a replacement or i cant use it... the stock one also used to screem like a pig and i didnt like that... any suggestions? i need it quick! welll im not 100% sure its a 423 either... but its an old compaq presarrrior 5000 with a p4 1.8... and that should be a willawhat ever the hell it is. and those are 423 correct?

i need suggestions fast as i need to use this computer for bills and stuff
 
go to newegg, and search for a new heatsink... or puruse the For Sale/Trade Forums here to see if anyone has one for trade or sale
 
not helping? lol can u guys atleast get me a link? and anything outrageously priced is a nono... and what were some of the great hsf's back then?
