ok Currently I have a AMD XP2400 running XP Pro....

If I Kept the same HDD and slap in a new MOBO and CPU combo from Frys...

(Athlon 64 combo)....


Would I have to reload my OS and all my programs???

When I upgraded from a 1800 I believe to 2400 I didn't need to reload....

If I have to, I might just go grab the dell 24 widescreen P4 dual core deal and not have to deal with the setup....
