EDIT: Wooops, just realized this should be in Power Supplies... can I get it moved?
Well, we had a quick power flash in my area while my computer was on, and now my PSU fan doesn't work. It moves like, 3 degrees every second or so. I've tried unplugging, left it switched off for 1 minute, switched it back on and plugged it in and still no dice. What can I do short of replacing the PSU/fan?
