How about some more information? Like did you install any new hardware or software? What are the computer specs? Did you install any new drivers?

download and run memtest86 from floppy,i think this is a memory stop errow,please list your complete sys specs.

The error your getting is an inaccesible boot device. When you upgraded you had the chance to press F6 and load IDE drivers during the setup. Did you do this?
