I overclocked my radeon 9600xt my last reboot and now whenever windows loads up all my startup progms my screen goes to standby. Windows loads fully etc, so I don't think the card is dead, I just need to get its clock speed back to default.

Any ideas? I can only do something in safe mode since I can't stay in win long enough to change the clock speeds back.

Change the settings in safe mode? Manually modify the file containing the settings? Remove the offending app/driver in safe mode and re-install?
